My artistic exploration centers on the interplay of color and texture.  Through a process of layering and subtraction, I seek to engage the viewer on an emotional and sensory level.

Integral to my practice is the deliberate incorporation of lines. These linear elements serve multiple purposes: they define edges and boundaries within the composition, create pathways for the eye to follow, and introduce a sense of structure and rhythm amidst the more fluid applications of paint. 

The interaction of color remains a primary focus. The materiality of the paint, with its inherent textures and the traces of its application, contributes to the overall dialogue. Ultimately, my intention is to create artworks that  engage with the combined language of color, texture, and line.
